  1. Keep Property Documents Safely: As soon as you close your deal of property purchase, make 2 to 3 photocopies of your documents and keep them safely with at least one copy in bank locker. If you have got a bank loan issued, get those papers also photocopied so that you have all the details at any given point in time.
